This is the letter my mother recieved in the mail today from the Izard County Election Commission. I will post more information about as soon as I have it. My mother voted absentee, but maybe that is considered provisional? Maybe somebody can tell me. It just seems like a slap in the face. "You are registered and eligible to vote, but we can't count your ballot." I want some answers...
