I had a bad feeling about the project I was set to do this week. It was an animation and graphics project for a high school senior video. I knew I’d end up doing too much work. I always do. I was right.

I got there Monday, and I realized it was better than I thought, but still extremely bad. I got to work that day fixing stuff, and correcting problems. I worked about 13 hours that day.

Tuesday was a bit worse. I got up at 5 am and worked until about 1 am the next morning. By that point my mind was still going strong. I hadn’t ate much since Friday night, and I hadn’t slept much either.

Wednesday I got up about 5 again and started up. At 1 pm I went and waited in line for the new Star Wars movie. This was from 1 pm to nearly 7 pm for tickets, and from there until 10 pm for a seat, and then from 10 pm to midnight for the movie. The movie itself needs a whole new entry, and maybe I’ll take care of that this weekend.

Thursday I got up at 7 am after being up until 3 am with Star Wars. I started the final work on the shots I was doing, and everything was going ok, but slow. My mind was mush by then and I was having trouble thinking. By 5 pm, we were nearly through, but at the expense of the project. There was just no time to do anything better with it, and I sadly had to leave it in a state that is displeasing to me. We left it all up to the sound person after that.

After 4 days, and about 50 hours of work, I was pretty spent. I’m going to take the weekend off and try to not go anywhere. I think I'll blog for a change.
